Learn more at experianplc.com. At Experian, our UX Design team crafts user-centered and delightful digital experiences. As a Product Designer, you'll help shape consumer-facing web and mobile financial products. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and Marketers to create and refine the best responsive websites and native apps. You will report to the User Experience Director. This is a remote position. You'll have opportunity to: + Lead large-scale UX projects, improving design processes and delivering high-quality experiences through team collaboration and feedback. + Design across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistency, engagement, and usability across Experian's digital ecosystem. + Partner with teams to define product requirements and align design strategies with team goals. + Create user-centered design assets (journeys, wireframes, prototypes) informed by research, usability testing, and iterative feedback. + Bachelor's degree in UX, Visual Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 2+ years of experience in UX/UI and digital product design with a responsive design portfolio. + Proficient in Figma, Jira, and modern design tools; experienced in Agile environments and design systems. + Experience with translating research and requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
