The Senior Drupal Developer serves as the technical expert and leader for Drupal projects. They organize the development team's efforts to ensure successful project delivery, provide technical status reports, and offer development solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Drupal-based CMS sites from start to finish.
- Lead and manage a team of developers.
- Build custom Drupal modules from specification.
- Build, develop, and enhance large, complex, content-rich Drupal websites.
- Migrate and merge multiple Drupal sites.
- Develop and maintain integrations and feeds.
- Build and modify custom Drupal themes.
- Translate wireframes or design comps into Drupal specific features.
- Consistently create accurate level of effort estimates.
- Collaborate with other vendors.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 7+ years of Drupal development experience.
- 4+ years of Drupal 8 and later versions.
- 2+ years of experience developing federal website projects in a Scrum environment.
- Experience providing Drupal website services to at least three federal government agencies.
- Deep knowledge of Drupal Core and top contributed modules.
- Experience using Agile (Scrum) methodology with Jira or other online ticketing systems.
- Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Applied knowledge of website development and management best practices.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience working as part of a virtual team.
- A solutions-based approach to problem solving.
- Regularly engaged in staying abreast of Drupal developments and the evolution of web technologies.
