About the Role: We are seeking passionate and motivated freshers to join our dynamic team as Salesforce Admins and Developers. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform based on business needs
Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
Collaborate with senior developers and business teams for requirement gathering
Participate in the testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce solutions
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of Salesforce (Admin or Developer Certification is a plus)
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, Apex, and Visualforce (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem
