Job Description

1. Recruitment for key positions in Vietnam, ensuring the achievement of recruitment plans and the suitability of candidates;
2. Management of external recruitment channels, including guiding, eliminating, and developing recruitment suppliers;
3. Dynamic maintenance of online recruitment channels, ensuring timely updates of the company's introduction information;
4. Dynamic management of daily recruitment, including weekly and monthly tracking;
5. Supervision and management of the recruitment process;
6. Training on recruitment techniques;
7. Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing the company's internal and external talent information databases, expanding the reserve of talent resources;
8. Assist senior leaders in annual human resources planning, annual personnel assessment, and performance evaluations in the responsible area, ensuring high-quality completion of all tasks;
9. Team building and budget management for the recruitment and allocation department.
