Centene is a diversified, national organization offering competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Candidate must reside in the state of Arizona.** **Position Purpose:** Oversee implementation of assigned programs and lead the development of program initiatives to improve and monitor service delivery and outcomes for assigned populations. + Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans + Execute effectively program development efforts with provider organizations + Propose new programs and strategies by research industry trends + Develop provider training modules + Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations + Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management + Propose funding opportunities + Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts + Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to a specific populations + Represent Cenpatico in key community and State meetings related to specific populations + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Healthcare related field. 3+ years of behavioral or physical health experience. **License/Certification:** RN, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). **For AZ only:** Masters Degree or higher required, licensure preferred.Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
