This full-time role offers a salary of $45,000–$55,000/year and the opportunity to grow within a firm that’s as committed to its people as it is to its clients. Responsibilities: Content Development & Distribution • Create engaging blog posts, newsletter articles, social media content, and promotional materials that reflect our values and service offerings. • Draft content that simplifies complex legal topics with warmth, clarity, and empathy. Digital & Social Media Strategy • Manage our presence on social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and others. • Schedule and optimize posts for engagement and lead generation. Campaigns & Branding • Assist with planning, launching, and tracking marketing campaigns (both digital and offline). • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, reinforcing our compassionate and innovative approach. Performance Reporting • Monitor marketing metrics (site traffic, client inquiries, engagement rates) and prepare concise performance summaries. • Propose data‑driven improvements to refine strategy and engagement. Collaboration & Client Focus • Work closely with attorneys and administrative staff to identify storytelling opportunities and marketing needs. Qualifications: We are looking for someone who has: • 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience—ideally within law firms or other professional services. • Excellent written and verbal communication with a tone that conveys compassion, clarity, and trust. • Familiar with content creation—including writing, editing, and visually-driven pieces. • Comfortable working with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.). • Able to analyze marketing results and translate insights into clear action steps. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience under changing priorities. • A team player who enjoys collaborating, values learning, and is guided by empathy. • Familiarity with CRM setup and management, preferably with experience working in GoHighLevel.
