Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership roles (VP and above), with an initial focus on Technology and expansion into business-side executive hiring. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep recruiting expertise, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, polished professional who can manage complex searches and high-touch relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities + Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for executive and highly technical roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. + Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver top-tier talent aligned with business goals. + Source independently and build robust pipelines of executive and technical candidates through research, networking, and direct outreach. + Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and strategic guidance to stakeholders throughout the hiring process. + Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions. + Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to elevate employer brand visibility. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. + 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 4+ years focused on executive-level and technical hiring. + Proven success managing multiple complex searches in a high-volume environment. + Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS/CRM tools (iCIMS experience preferred). + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. + Ability to manage demanding clients and remain composed under pressure. + Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days a week. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
