In accordance with CCR 249.3, this job control may be used to fill subsequent vacancies.

Under the general direction of the Director of the Department of Conservation, the Staff Services Manager II (Managerial) is responsible for the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office. Incumbent reports indirectly to the Division of Administration, Division Director, for all other job functions.

Working Conditions

This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person in Sacramento at least two days per week at the Department of Conservation's Headquarters located at 715 P Street, MS 1806, Sacramento CA, 95814. Alternative work locations will not be considered.

Special Requirements

This position is subject to the Department of Conservation’s Conflict of Interest code.

This position is contingent on budget approval.
