We are looking for an inspiring and highly skilled Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven culture, bridging the gap between business questions and a robust analytical framework.

What You'll Do

• Develop and Champion Insights: Translate complex business questions into clear, actionable data analysis. Use data to tell a story and influence strategic decisions across the organization.
• Master Data Analysis: Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and model data from various sources. Utilize advanced SQL techniques (complex joins, subqueries, window functions, etc.) to deliver comprehensive analysis.
• Build Foundational Frameworks: Lead the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives.
• Design & Deliver Dashboards: Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using a business intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to provide business leaders with real-time visibility into performance.
• Collaborate and Advise: Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations. Gather data requirements, provide expert recommendations, and guide teams on data best practices.
• Ensure Data Quality & Integrity: Partner with data engineering teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.

What You'll Bring

• Proven Expertise in Advanced SQL: You have a track record of using SQL for complex data manipulation, aggregation, and modeling at an enterprise scale.
• Experience with Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in designing and building dashboards and reports using a leading BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to conduct root cause analysis, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Exceptional Communication: You can translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and compelling business insights for non-technical audiences.
• A Passion for Data: A solid understanding of business operations and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
